孙其君,博士在读。

2007年获山东大学化学与化工学院学士学位

2010年获韩国嘉泉大学硕士学位

2010-2013年在韩国嘉泉大学攻读博士

(2008-2013 连续5年获嘉泉大学校长奖学金)

主要研究方向:微纳米加工(micro-nano fabrication)和有机薄膜电子器件(有机薄膜场效应管OFET和有机太阳能电池)。

已发表国际SCI三篇,其中包括,具有凹槽结构绝缘层的有机薄膜晶体管性质研究发于Appl. Phys. Lett.(被引用8次),基于凹槽结构绝缘层电压转移曲线(VTC)可调型有机逆变器发表于Org.Electron, 和压力敏感可调电流的有机薄膜晶体管发表于Org. Electron.(被引用3次)。

报告内容简介:

Recently, with the increasing requirements for new functional electronic products, soft, ?exible organic electronics have been extensively studied looking to improve upon traditional inorganic silicon techniques. Much attention has been paid to organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) due to their high mobility, low temperature fabrication, large area application, and low cost production. OTFTs have been used as components in active matrix liquid crystal displays and organic light emitting diodes. Organic inverters (or logic doors) have been considered as one of the key elements in organic ?exible circuits and have drawn more attention because they are ?exible and economic to produce. In this report, soft contact lamination method is introduced in the structure of OTFT. It provides an unconventional method to study anisotropic electrical performance of pentacene deposited onto groove-patterned dielectric layer and tune voltage transfer curves (VTC) of organic inverter by changing source-drain current (Isd) direction and grooves direction. Besides, pressure dependent current-controllable OTFT is also fabricated based on relationship between effective channel length and Isdby adopting a bridge-structured polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with deposited source-drain electrode. Due to the elastic property of PDMS, reversible and real-time variable electrical performance is also achieved.
